Nam Tok Mae Klang is the most visited waterfall in Thailand. It's quite easily accessible, being just inside the park entrance of Doi Inthanon National Park.
Built by the Royal Thai Air Force to commemorate the King's 60th birthday in 1989, Phra Mahathat Naphamethanidon consists of two chedi, in honor of the King and Queen of Thailand.
Surrounded by gardens, Phra Mahathat Naphamethanidon is located just south of the summit of Doi Inthanon -the highest point in Thailand at 2565m, or 8465 feet above sea level.
This is a view of the cloud forest on the slopes of Doi Inthanon, the highest mountain in Thailand. We are just below the cloud deck, and the clouds above us seem close enough almost to touch!
